How long is the warranty period for the product?

We are equipped with high-precision classifiers to control geometric dimensions and use ultra-fine grain substrates coated with high-performance coatings to ensure the longevity of our products and meet various working conditions. We offer a one-year warranty for normal use. If any quality issues arise during this period, we will bear the shipping and replacement costs.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we usually provide free 100mm samples for testing when the customer pays for the shipping cost.

What is your minimum order requirement?

We indicate the minimum order quantity for each project in the quotation sheet. We accept samples and trial orders. If the quantity of a single item does not meet the minimum order quantity, the price should be based on the sample price.

What is the delivery time for your products?

This depends on the availability of inventory. If the required items are in stock, the delivery time will be within 8 working days, but if not, the delivery time is approximately 20 working days.

Can you produce alien products?

Yes, we can. We can produce standard and special products. We can make according to your drawings and samples.
